Years in the Industry: 18 years in the industry eight years as a Goldwell Artist educating in salons throughout New England
What do you love? I love exchanging creative ideas with my peers. Learning and growing with each other is the best feeling.
What are your daily essentials? Products! Hair products and skin care products. Give me them all, I’m obsessed!
What is your Education? Goldwell master colorist, KMS cutting and design, Pivot Point cutting, Sassoon cutting, Arrojo cutting, Deva curl certified, and hair extension certified.
What is your approach to hair? To me hair is art. I approach every client individually. We are all our own masterpiece and I adore designing hair that makes my clients not only feel good but also works for their lifestyle.
What are your must-have tools? The hands my mother gave me, good music, great shears, and my Varis blow dryer.
Where do you find inspiration? Creative inspiration is everywhere and I can find it in almost anything. Color of a car, commercials on tv, lights at a function hall, art my kids bring home from school, so many different things bring ideas. Most of all my coworkers inspire me daily.

KAMRYN

My specialty:  Short haircuts and razor cuts. Also, I specialize in corrective color, blonding, fantasy color, and balayage.
Years in the Industry: 7 Years.
What do you love? My family, friends, team, and life.
What are your daily essentials? My daily essentials are before work kisses from my boyfriend, sugar-free red bulls, and listening to Rock 101 on the morning drive to work.
What is your Education? My color education is from our in-house New Talent Program. I have learned cutting techniques from the curriculum of Nick Arrojo, Vidal Sassoon, and at the Goldwell Academy in NYC from their Global Cutting Ambassador, Jay Mahmood. I also am certified in Hot Heads Tape-In Hair Extensions.
What is your approach to Hair? I always look at the hair I work on as a blank canvas. No matter how many times I’ve seen the client. Every time is a new chance to make art.
What are your must-have tools? My Framar balayage brushes and my YS Park cutting combs.
Where do you find inspiration? I find inspiration for my work from all types of platforms, whether it be social media, magazines, or nature.
Why do you like working at Aidan James Salon? I love working at Aidan James Salon because we are truly a family. We lift each other up and support visions and ambitions.

My specialty:  Hair cutting and color matching.
Years in the Industry: 6 Years.
What do you love? I love helping people feel more confident through their hair style.
What are your daily essentials? Coffee, water, and the gym.
What is your Education? Extensive training through Loreal Professional, and has trained at the Goldwell Academy in NYC.
What is your approach to Hair? To create looks for my guests that will be manageable and doable at home. And to educate my guests on how to best take care of their hair.
What are your must-have tools? Sharp shears and an open mind.
Where do you find inspiration? My guests, street style, visual art, current trends, music, fashion.

My specialty:  Updos, braiding and haircutting.
Years in the Industry: 8 Years.
What do you love? I love my family, my pets, being outside and art.
What are your daily essentials? My daily essentials are coffee, music, eyeliner, kitty snuggles, dry shampoo, Living Proof flex hairspray and an extra hair tie.
What is your Education? Arrojo cutting, Arrojo occasion styling, Goldwell master colorist, KMS styling
What is your approach to Hair? My approach to hair is realistic. Dream hair is achievable, but most times it’s going to be a journey. Maintaining the integrity of the hair is the number one priority.
What are your must-have tools? My must-have tools are my Babyliss blowdryer, 1-inch curling iron, razor, Kamisori shears and Sam Villa combs.
Where do you find inspiration? I find inspiration in nature, either on a hike in the woods or a day at the beach.
Why do you like working at Aidan James Salon? I love working at AJS because of the creative and education based values. We have a mutual goal to stay up to date and never stop growing, working with each other rather than against each other, and the outcome of that is positive vibes and beautiful hair.

What do you love? The opportunity that my work gives me to meet, listen and understand each person that sits in my chair. When you feel beautiful, you look beautiful and that’s the kind of happiness I try to give every client.
What are your daily essentials? A kiss from my boys… My son Phil and my french bulldog Louis.

What is your approach to Hair? My number one priority is to keep the hair healthy! I love to listen to my clients about their needs and together we decide what is the best way to get the result we want. I’m always honest with my clients no matter what! It’s the only way you can have a truly transparent relationship.
What are your must-have tools? Sheers collection, razor, YS Park cutting combs, Ergo brushes.
Where do you find inspiration? Everywhere! my clients, people on the street, magazines, Pinterest & my talented teammates!
